In order to see a rainbow sometimes you have to endure a storm. I have found that this can be true in our lives. Rainbows are a symbol of hope, a reminder that every storm has and end. The ending usually results in a beautiful Sunset or a Rainbow. I am alway trying to get a perfect rainbow picture. That is why I am always chasing rainbows! This is a beautiful Spotted Towhee. This is a common bird in the Northwest United States. I photographed this spotted Towhee in Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge in Portland Oregon. Portland Oregon is home to Canada Geese. You can see them almost all year round. I have enjoyed photographing these beautiful birds. They usually hang out in flocks feeding on grass in large parks or fields. Here are some geese that I photographed while Kayaking on the Willamette River.
