A Say’s Phoebe

I photographed this bird in Oaks’ Bottom in Portland Oregon. This is a long slender bird and is related to flycatchers. It is between the size of a sparrow and a robin. It was in the field at oaks bottom catching bugs. I was able to get fairly close and get some nice pictures and videos. Scenes from my Daily Walk

Today was a beautiful day in Portland and decided to go to Willamette Park. I was able to get about 20 feet from a Red Tailed hawk. It was on a tree limb and was eating the remains of a cotton tail rabbit that it had recently caught.
